About this course


The customer journey map helps you visualize the journey of your chosen persona as they avail of your products or services. It also maps out their experience in each stage of interaction with your organization. 


In this course, you will learn how to create a customer journey map and discover where your customers experience unnecessary friction.

Before taking this course, you must have your completed customer persona map on hand. This will serve as a reference to help you keep the customer's journey in mind as you complete the exercise.
